See token usage and session stats

/stats prints token usage for the session, including how many tokens were served from cache, plus session duration and per-model breakdowns. It is the fastest way to see whether context is bloating and driving cost. The counts are cumulative for the session, and in headless mode the same numbers come back in the JSON stats block.
